Venue

The conference venue is Te Papa Tongarewa Museum of New Zealand. It’s name in Maori means Our Place. Te Papa is an apt venue for the Coasts and Ports Conference as it is situated on Wellington’s wharf and is an interactive museum with floors filled with educational exhibitions and displays as well as interactive learning opportunities.

Much of the information, displays, activities and artifacts are based around
New Zealand’s coastal and marine life, history and unique environment.
